Christmas Eve was a blast. We had a scrumptious homemade dinner: lots of smoked salmon, different types of pickled herring, Christmas ham, wines, chocolates and cakes. Santa dropped by bringing gifts for the kids and the adults. And I mean gifts by the truckload. I've never seen so many gifts for one family before. I'll put up the photos soon.
We're leaving to Kuusamo, North Finland, in half an hour, bringing with us leftovers from the Christmas dinner. We'll be skiing and enjoying the snow (if we can withstand the cold), and probably some water activities in the spa; oh but let's see.
We'll be back on Thursday, knowing a city of gingerbread (buildings?) we made 3 weeks ago are waiting for us to devour on New Year's Eve.

In the meantime, check out Nordic Denim House. A place where you find the latest updates on good denim, fashion, pop culture and almost everything else. A platform I share with a few other great writers ;)
