Updatessssss

Updates on my life:

Thursday 31st March, 2005
CADD ended early. Wait, was it always that time or was it early? Hmm, anyway, ended like at 11.30am or so; as usual did not pass my weekly test in class [wuteva, Yew Jin!!!] , then hang around the plaza to kill time before we headed out for our site visit for design. Most of us were sleepy as we have been working our asses off these past few days. And then, there were more to come. As for me, I haven't been getting adequate sleep the past few days. That's why.

Anyway, I was hungry, as usual, so I went to buy food la. When I got back to the table, my friends told me we might be going for bak kut teh. I was like, -_-" But nevermind, I can eat again :P Oh, it was cos we had to wait for KC to finsh his Malaysian Studies report, which mine kept me awake the previous night to have it done; and Yoong Yoong to come to school from her house. So in the meantime, we had to find something to do. Chris and Han Hong decided to play pool, but there were no table left for them to play at first. Soo Yee teased them by saying, "Haha, kenot show their skills." :p Anyway, waited quite a while till Chris asked for a table to play. So we played la. I joined in at the last game. Not too bad, was quite fun. Just that sometimes I put too much energy holding the cue rather than thrusting it towards the ball. -_-"

Went to the site that is next to KLCC, later than we were supposed to; argued on how we should get there at first; wondering and discussed how to NOT get Maria to following us; [wut else eh?] Think that's about it. Anyway, got to KLCC in the end, met up with Angel, had KC's favourite Burger King, did what we were supposed to do, had a short 'meeting' in KFC while I had my dinner. Oh KFC has this new Curry Crunch which substitutes Hot & Spicy for the time being. It's a promotional item [duh~] and it's niiice!!! Surprisingly, it's not spicy at all but it has this nice curry aroma. Even when you pass by KFC, you smell it. Try it, it's superb! So much more better than that stoopid Tom Yam chicken.

Friday 1st April
Had a short design tutorial, then headed down to KL with Mitra in the afternoon to measure Bar Savanh again. This time I had...McD's in Sentral - McChicken eh? Yea, I think so. Reached there at 3pm when we actually had only from 2pm to 5pm before they start their operation. Basically, we had only 2hrs to do whatever we wanted to and had to leave at 5pm. We managed to finished up 1/4 of the Gd Flr plan. What can suck more? ... So we decided to come back the next day since the manager told us we can the whole day from 9am till 5pm.

So we walked to KLCC to go home by LRT. Hmm, did I have dinner there? Can't remember what I had. But I do remember I haven't been eating Chen Yee and Eunice's cooking since Thursday. Oh yea...after Bar Savanh, Mitra and I had to rush to KLCC to meet up with KC and the rest for design. Had an expensive yucky iced lemon tea in Aseana, and then had pineapple fried rice in Rain Nudle House, which was spent by Mitra!! She actually spent all the seven of us. How nice. I wouldn't really do that unless yea, if I have the money like she does. :p While in Aseana, most of the time we were just chatting and bitching about some people; like Maria; and Maria bitching about Ashley. Gosh, Ash was really pissed. But she was in Penang. We missed the cute-and-exaggerating-yet-funny-reactions but we could somehow imagine it through her text. :)

Saturday 2nd April
Supposed to wake up at 8am but ended up waking at 10am. Can't blame me, I was extremely tired kayyy... Anyway, was supposed to get to Bar Savanh at 9am but ended up there at 1.30pm. LOL. Had lunch in Sentral while on the way there. Had KFC!! Curry Crunch. I saw this poster of the OR snack plate while I was in the LRT station and it made me hungry as I have not eaten anything since I woke up. So yea, it was an impulsive thing that I went straight to KFC once I got to Sentral. :p Baby, don't get jealous. Hehehe... Well, at least this time, I don't have Jeremy eyeing on my chicken and stealing bits of it when he can't stand it anymore. Not only my chicken he stole. My coleslaw and my mashed potato too. He's just so ten-years-never-eaten kind of guy. :P But I find him comical. :)

Reached Bar Savanh eventually and saw Chris the manager. Had a few chats with him while he offered me a cup of Coke since I was looking tired. He was being really nice. Well, not nice as in generally nice like a gentleman but nice as in as if he's particularly nice to you with an intention in his mind. Get what I mean? Anyway, it was a weird way of nice. Unlike the 'bigger' manager, Mr. Reynold, was a nice gentleman. He's this middle aged guy who allowed us to come anytime, and do anything we want. He's nice. :)

Just like Friday, Paul and Miau could not make it again due to a lot of reasons. Not like this time they were irresponsible but there were just other assignment that clashes with this one. Well, long story. Not going further. Anyway, it was only Mitra and I who were left to finish up whatever there is we had to do. Until the end of the day, we only could finish the Gd Flr. Like wtf??!?!? Fiiine...nevermind. Anyway, Mr. Reynold allowed us to come back on Sunday. So that was a yay!! One whole day. :)

Went to KLCC for dinner since we left Bar Savanh at about 7pm. I was already hungry by then. :P And guess where we went? Yea! KFC!!! Two KFC meals in a day. Curry Crunch for lunch and OR for dinner. Haha. Wanted to eat OR when I saw the poster but couldn't resist the Curry Crunch too. So I decided to have OR for dinner. :P

Sunday 4th April
My alarm clock rang at 6.45am. Mitra's morning call was at 7.40am. I woke up at 8am today. :) Had a good and nice morning shower that I knew I'll sweat and I'll be all sticky by the time I get to KL. Somehow, I won't feel comfortable if I never took a shower in the morning. I'll feel so sticky the whole day, as if I haven't showered for a day and it's a big deal. Anyway, met Miau and Ying in the bus. So ngam.

We reached Bar Savanh at 10am. My stomach was already growling since I was in the bus. I put down all my stuffs upstairs the restaurant and went down to a nearby mamak for breakfast. Finally, I got to eat tosai. For many times I went to the 24hrs mamak near my condo, they would have no tosai. But that was cos it was in the middle of the night la :P Miau and Ying did not follow me for breakfast, so they started off without me. The upper floor was pretty easy; easier than the ground floor. Ooh, had this moment I hated. I was drawing halfway when my this pain started to grow in my stomach. If you know me well, I hate public toilets. I'd only go to 'bake a cake' in my own toilet at home. But that pain was unbearable. I had to go. I thought the toilets here would be clean. But I was hafl right. Well, so now you know. If you ever happen to dine in Bar Savanh, remember the toilet is half clean. The toilet seat has scratched marks which is black in colour; well, you know what the black thing is la. You know, the restaurant is renovated from an old bungalow. So to me, everything looks old. Even the toilet. Eww.

Anyway, Paul bought chicken rice from somewhere in KL for everyone. According to his friend who reccommended, it was the nicest chicken rice around that corner. The skin was not bad, I mean the taste. The way they marinated and roasted it. The meat was tender and soft. Yea, true. It wasn't bad at all. I kinda made this stupid mistake by 'borrowing' their spoon to eat the chicken rice, forgetting that it could be non-halal. Cos smart Paul bought 4 packets of chicken rice without any spoon. I thought it would be easy for me to just ask them for a spoon to use. :P Well, whatever. Cos there was this Malay guy who seemed to be like another person in charge, looking at me. Hope he didn't realise. *grin*

At the end of the day, we managed to finish the plan of the upper floor. So voila! We've finished both floors...but not in 1:50 scale. Meaning, we have to measure everything from the drawing we have, and draw it again in 1:50 scale. Ah, so smart of me :p And ooh, we finished everything at 5pm sharp!! Whoaho!! New record. All of us managed to get home for dinner.

As for me, my housemates went to IOI Mall for dinner. *pouts* Thought I could eat Chen Yee and Eunice's cooking again but they wanted to eat at Wongkok Char Chan Teng. *pouts* It was nice anyway. Just that it kinda 'cleaned' my purse. I've actually withdrawn RM50 for 3 consequitive days since Friday. It's a sad case man. Food and transport so darn expensive!!! Hope Mommy and Daddy understand. =/

Anyway, came home, slept while waited for Christina to bathe. Ash called and said she'd send the laksa to me. I waited outside but she didn't turn up. I thought she wasn't coming since the phone call got disconnected when we were talking anyway. So I went to take my shower la. While washing my clothes, I thought I heard someone calling my name softly outside my bathroom door. But I didn't bother. When I came out, Eunice told me my friend came and left something on my table. Ooh yea! Penang laksa and rojak kuah. But no char kuay teow. Why ar?? Hmm.... Oh, and Adelyn said she can get me tau sar pneah when she goes back to Penang during the mid sem break. Yay!! :p Yes, I'm a glutton. Whatever you call it. I love food. But not all kinds.. :) Long live foooood!!!!

Hehe..eventful mar. Got la...there was a part I forgot what I did after I left Bar Savanh. Was on Friday night, if I'm not mistaken. But I managed to recall after a while. Food for memory? Gingko nuts!!! [did I spell it correctly? :P]
